Where Can I Find Marinas & Moorings Philippines 2025?
The Philippines does not have so many marinas at this time although there are plans for more in the very near future. The most popular marina in Luzon is in Subic Bay; the most popular marina in Mindanao is on Samal Island, close to Davao City. Apart from the marinas there are a number of managed mooring areas that are popular with cruising yachts, where your yacht can be left safe from all but the worst weather. There are also some additional mooring areas where it is recommended that you inspect a mooring for suitability of your yacht size and tonnage.
Philippine Marinas
Marinas can be found in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Some offer full service while others primarily offer a place only to berth your yacht. The following list is current list the marinas from North to South for 2025
Subic Bay Yacht Club
Subic Bay Yacht Club offers berthing facilities for Members and visiting yachts; capacity 100+ yachts - monohull and multihull. The marina is reported to be "almost full" most months and prior arrangement for berthing at Subic Bay Yacht Club is highly recommended. The marina is considered typhoon-safe, except from a direct hit, but a few tall-masted yachts have had a problem with lightning strikes over the years.
The Subic Bay Yacht Club can facilitate your Philippine check-in / check-out clearance for a fee.
In addition to the marina berths, the Subic Bay Yacht Club offers amenities to entertain Members and visiting yacht crews, including: restaurants, swimming pools and a casino.
The Subic Bay Yacht Club is a "Members Only" club, with two exceptions: if you are aboard a visiting yacht, and paying visitor berthing fees, anyone named on your Crew List may enter and exit freely; and, if a person not named on your crew-list wishes to visit you while you are on the premises then that is acceptable but you should provide the Front Desk with visitor names in advance of arrival.
Please note that your yacht must be currently covered by at least 3rd-party liability insurance if you wish to berth in the Subic Bay Yacht Club.

Watercraft Venture
Watercraft Venture lies adjacent to the Subic Bay Yacht Club and has a small number of marina berths. The marina berths were originally designed as entry / exit points for yachts availing of Watercraft's primary business of haul-out / repair and hardstand storage, but they have expanded the number of berths to take overflow from the yacht club. Berthing of monohulls and multihulls are accepted; haul-out / repair and hardstand storage for monohulls only.
Advance booking Watercraft Venture is highly recommended because it is frequently full.
Watercraft Venture does not offer any amenities to entertain you, apart from the general good humor of their staff.
Caylabne Bay Marina & Resort
The Caylabne Bay Marina & Resort currently offers Mediterranean-style marina berths and anchorage within the shelter of the breakwater. Prior arrangement is highly recommended.
In addition to the berths and anchorage, the Caylabne Bay Marina & Resort offers restaurants and resort amenities at visitor rates, and can also arrange transport into Metro Manila (or elsewhere) should the need arise.
The Caylabne Bay Marina & Resort is a work-in-progress for yachts and it is anticipated that full berthing facilities, including supply of electricity and water to berthed yachts, will be implemented soon.

Note: there is an official anchorage immediately to the North of the Manila Yacht Club breakwater.
In addition to marina berths, moorings, haul-out and repairs, the Manila Yacht Club offers amenities to entertain Members and their guests, including: a restaurant and function rooms.

The Punta Fuego Yacht Club is a "Members Only" yacht club nestled within the Club Punta Fuego property development, but it does offer a "visitor's berth" and anchorage for visiting yachts. Prior arrangement with Punta Fuego Yacht Club is highly recommended.
The Punta Fuego Yacht Club marina and anchorage are considered to be typhoon-safe except during a direct hit. A couple of yachts however, have suffered significant lightning-strikes in the anchorage area over the years.
In addition to marina berths and anchorage, the Punta Fuego Yacht Club offers a casual restaurant and the opportunity to avail of fine-dining and accommodation at the all-embracing Club Punta Fuego. Visitors by land are accepted but visiting yacht captains must first confirm with the Punta Fuego Yacht Club marina office the names of the intended visitors else they may not be allowed into the facility.
Maya Maya Yacht Club
The Maya Maya Yacht Club and marina was once the focal pint for cruising yacht in the vicinity but the facility was sold about ten years ago and the new owners have plans to redevelop the area into a 50-berth marina. We are still waiting for commencement of work.
The former Maya Maya Yacht Club marina is typhoon-safe but has a shallow access channel of probably less than one-meters at low tide. If you can get into the marina then you can use their Mediterranean-style moorings. Prior arrangement for access to the marina is essential.
The Maya Maya Yacht Club offers few amenities except by prior appointment.
Note: If you cannot get into the marina, because of draft or other circumstance, then you can safely anchor outside with good-holding on sand at any depth you choose, over the gently sloping seabed. This is a favored anchorage during the NE monsoon season because there are light breezes and virtually no swell to deal with.
Zeke's Boatyard / Marina
The Zeke's Boatyard / Marina is actually part of Pinoy Boat Services Inc. and they provide Mediterranean-style berths, access to haul-out and repair facilities. The facility is well connected with craftsmen to handle most yacht maintenance and repairs. Prior contact with Zeke' Boatyard before arrival is almost absolutely required because the facility is frequently full. Note: there is a relatively protected anchorage immediately West of Zeke's
In addition to berthing, haul-out and repairs, Zeke's Boatyard / Marina has a clubhouse with restaurant, and can arrange transport to anywhere on Cebu or Mactan islands.
Porter's Marina
The Porter's Marina is a place to keep your yacht that is considered typhoon safe, except from a direct-hit. It offers along-side concrete wall marina berths but is frequently full so advance booking is highly recommended.
The main attraction of Porter's Marina is that it is close to the metropolis of Cebu City and not far from Mactan-Cebu International Airport.
The amenities offered at Porter's Marina are rudimentary, they do allow for some yacht maintenance but no haul-out except for small craft. It is reported that fishing off the piers offers good sport.
Cebu Yacht Club
The Cebu Yacht Club marina is quite small and offers mostly Mediterranean-style berthing. The marina is considered typhoon-safe, except for a direct hit. You must contact Cebu Yacht Club in advance of arrival to check for availability.
If you cannot get a berth at Cebu Yacht Club then you can anchor outside and use your dinghy to gain land access through the facility. The Cebu Yacht Club demands that any yacht berthing there has a minimum of 3rd Party liability insurance.
The main attractions of Cebu Yacht Club are that it has a (non-related) yacht chandler within the premises and, because it is on Mactan island, is less that ten minutes by road from the Mactan-Cebu International Airport.
Holiday Oceanview Resort & Marina
Notice: at the present time (October 2025) there are some local regulatory issues that may prevent easy entry to Holiday OceanView Marina and it is recommended that you contact the marina in advance for latest details.
The Holiday Oceanview Resort & Marina has approximately 50 marina berths (including two berths for large yachts), haul-out (using tractor on slip) with hard-stand, and is open to visiting yachts. Prior arrangement is essential as the marina has a barrier across its entrance to prevent unwanted interlopers. The Holiday Oceanview Marina is considered typhoon-safe because, located as it is on the North shore of Samal Island, it is below the Philippine typhoon-risk zone.
The amenities offered by the Holiday Oceanview Resort & Marina include a clubhouse with the adjacent restaurant and resort facilities. They will also arrange transport to the Samal Island ferry port, for easy access to Davao City and Davao International Airport.
The main attractions of Holiday Oceanview Resort & Marina are: typhoon-safe, short-medium-long term berthing; haul-out to hard-stand for repairs; access to the adjacent resort facilities; and, close proximity to Davao City and Davao International Airport.

Puerto Galera Yacht Club, Puerto Galera
The Puerto Galera Yacht Club moorings are probably the most well known managed moorings in the Philippines for visiting yachts, since 1991. Every year (usually before the Easter Regatta) the moorings are inspected and where any component falls below the approved standard then it is replaced. The moorings are divided into three categories based on their anticipated use by yachts of different LOA and / or tonnage.
The Puerto Galera Yacht Club moorings can be enjoyed year-round.
The moorings are suitable for monohull and multihull yachts and both sailing yachts and motor yachts may be accepted. They are considered typhoon safe (yachts have reported 100Knt+ winds at the masthead during storms and all survived), and also safe from lightning strikes by virtue of the nearby terrain - no lightning strikes reported since inception in 1991.
The amenities offered by the Puerto Galera Yacht Club are what you would expect from an active yacht club: restaurant, workshop, showers, laundry, parcel receipt (if prepaid) and accommodation. They also offer a service boat - moorings to pier to club and vice-versa - at no charge for visiting yachts.
You are requested to contact the Puerto Galera Yacht Club in advance to be sure there is a suitable mooring available and to check on applicable mooring fees:
